I apologize for the blogging hiatus, as I’m just finishing what has been the best semester of college yet. Between an amazing job, interesting classes, and spending time with extraordinary friends- it is hard to imagine that life could get any better. Honestly. And this makes it that much harder that in the next two days, I will have to pack my room up and into my car as I head home. I will be home until February 3rd (with the exception of a visit to Ft. Lauderdale and a Carribbean cruise!) when I head to Madrid, where I’ll spend the next four months.
This next 48 hours, and probably a while after that, will be difficult. It’s never easy to say good bye to the ones we care about, especially for such a long time. There is something unfathomable about not seeing these same faces every day. But when I get sad, I realize that I am so beyond excited for what’s to come- time spent with family relaxing and recharging and then four months exploring Spain and the rest of Europe.
I’m excited to be blogging again, sharing my experiences and inspirations as I open a new chapter of my life.
